Glam for the man by Roberto Cavalli

A clear cage of live butterflies stood at the center of Roberto Cavalli's runway. Daniele Cavalli, who now leads the design of the menswear collection chose the butterfly topic for his spring look. As icon of transformation, he traced the progression from caterpillar to cocoon to full-bodied glam.

Glam has been another topic  According to the designer himself "a new glam, a chic glam" was the goal. "For me, glam is not only glam rock. I thought about how Cecil Beaton, in another field, was glam, too. For me, glam is a kind of feeling of sexy but in a really masculine way."
