creative pizza baking

I was experimenting a bit with pizza baking and found a couple of nice combinations to try out. The dough is easy to prepare. You just need:
250g of flour
175 ml of warm water
20g of yeast
a pinch of sugar and salt

Then solve the yeast in the water together with the water and sugar and mix it under the flour and salt. Let it rest until it doubles in size! Roll out the dough on a baking paper and sprinkle with olive oil, spread some seasoned tomato pulp on top of it and get creative.

The pizza on the picture has a topping of 100g Parma ham, some parmesan cheese and fresh rocket

Variation 2:
If you are craving for something salty try instead a topping of 8-10 anchovy filets and black olives

Variation 3:
And for the vegetarians try a topping of 250g of artichoke hearts, 2 yellow peppers and 2 gloves of garlic

Cover the topping with a layer of mozzarella cheese and let it bake at 200°C until golden brown and enjoy!

Thomas Crown affair - the look of Faye Dunaway

I realized that I watch movies within a certain theme, once it's movie classics, then movie directors or actors. At the moment it Steve McQueen movies. You know, tough guys, beautiful women and fancy cars.

The last one was the "Thomas Crown Affair" with Steve McQueen and Faye Dunaway. I watched it together with my man and we both got smitten by Faye Dunaway. Her acting was so authentic and her style just amazing.

The plot is easy to tell: Thomas Crown is a millionaire businessman and sportsman. He loves adventure and needs a kick in his perfect life, so he pulls off a perfect crime by having five men rob a bank and dump the money in a cemetery trash can.

Faye Dunaway plays Vicki Anderson, an independent insurance investigator, who is contracted to investigate the heist. When Crown comes to her attention as a possible suspect, she knows immediately that he is her man!

I have collected my favorite looks of her's, because they are a wonderful example of the late 60s style with complicated hairdos, big sunglasses, Twiggy lashes and mini skirts. I think she looked absolutely stunning in this movie.

And for all car lovers, the car driven by Dunaway, referred to as "one of those red Italian things," is the first of only ten Ferrari 275 GTB/4 NART Spyders built. Today, this model is one of the most valuable Ferraris of all times. McQueen liked the car very much, and eventually managed to acquire one for himself.
