all you need is:
1 litre water
8 whole allspice
about 400g fish fillet
1,5 dl cream
dill or chives
1. Finely chop the onions and peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Bring them together with the water, salt and allspice to boil for about 10 minutes.
2. Cut the fish also into pieces and place them on top of the potatoes. Cook with the lid on for another 10 minutes.
3. Add the cream and let it boil gently for another 5 minutes.
4. Garnish with dill or chives and serve with dark malt bread.
